The Invisible Woman taps into her powers, channeling Psionic Might to fortify Mister Fantastic. This formidable force bolsters Mister Fantastic, granting damage resistance. Once activated, they can continually generate Bonus Health, making up for lost Health.

Human Torch can lift The Thing into the air and slam him down, dealing damage, launching enemies, and creating a zone that disables mobility abilities.

Hulk charges Black Panther with gamma radiation. Black Panther's Vibranium armor is enhanced when his health is low, he receives a gamma shield, blocking incoming attacks and becoming Unstoppable.

The Punisher upgrades Black Widow's arsenal, adding a Pulse Mode to her Red Room Rifle. While the ability is active, using Straight Shooter fires a pulse beam that deals piercing damage.

While active, he is enveloped in Phoenix flames that continuously scorch nearby enemies, dealing Percentage Damage. In this state, Wolverine's abilities gain Lifesteal when inflicting damage.

When Iron Man, Ultron, and Squirrel Girl team up, Ultron's Encephalo-Ray upgrades to Nano-Ray, firing a beam that pierces through all characters, dealing continuous damage to foes while healing allies; Squirrel Girl gains the Squirrel Missile Ability. She directs a squirrel to ride Iron Man's nanotech glove as a homing missile. Upon hit, the squirrel flees just before a fiery explosion!

Inspired by Captain America's resolve, Winter Soldier can leap to the aid of a designated ally, slamming the ground with his mechanical arm to deal damage to nearby foes. Additionally, Captain America and Winter Soldier can interact with each other once both parties confirm. The duo collides and unleashes a shockwave that deals damage and inflicts slow on enemies.

Venom shares his symbiotes with Jeff and Hela. Jeff's Guardian of the Deep links with nearby allies for continuous healing, releasing a large healing burst that converts any excess into Bonus Health when it ends. Hela's Hel Tendrils unleash a symbiotic Hel Sphere that pulls in nearby enemies and links them, slowing those that try to escape.

Mantis enhances Groot's wooden walls and Loki's Rune Stones with life energy. Groot can additionally unleash a Flower Wall, which, when in Flora Colossus state, restores health to random nearby allies and grants them Damage Reduction. Loki's Rune Stones grant allies within Regeneration Domain a Damage Boost

Thor infuses Thorforce into Storm and Captain America, granting them an electrifying enhancement. With an electrifying enhancement, Storm can unleash a lightning barrage. With an electrifying enhancement, Captain America gains a Movement Boost, and his shield is imbued with thunder power, electrocuting nearby enemies.

Hulk charges Iron Man with gamma radiation. When Iron Man uses Armor Overdrive, he will initiate a gamma upgrade.
